My best friend

Posted by Unknown at 12:31 PM
It all started when i was in third grade. She was new in my school and i knew that she had a older brother who was in the same school. I don't think we spent a lot of time together in her first year in our school. But she had a best friend who's sister was my brothers girlfriend, so i was a good friend with her. So at one time we started hanging out. There used to be four girls ( Me, Getter, Her best friend, and a friend of me who lived in the same city where i did) who were always together. I think next year, when i was in 4 grade, Getter was in third ( yeah, she's year and a half  younger than me ) we started hanging out a lot more.  We used to play with our toys (usually teddy bears), we pretended that a cupboard was their home and we spent hour and hours playing in front of our cupboard. I remember how we climbed the trees and pretended that each  branch had a different function, like if you pull the longest branch it will make chocolate and so on.

Some times we still get together with our friend, who used to be in our "group" and we talk about all the weird stuff we did in school.

I remember how three years ago, i think it was three years ago, getter wanted me to dye her hair brown. That was on her b-day and so we bought a brown hair dye, but what she didn't know was that i had bought also a red hair dye, so when i started coloring her hair she thought it's gonna be all brown and nice, but instead she got red hair. Sorry about that, it was funny :)

I remember when we got drunk together for the first time. We were barbecuing near the beach with her family.  I remember how we desperately needed to go to the bathroom, and her father didn't let us go, cause he thought we get lost, and hurt ourselves and other people around us.
I remember when her classmate was trying to communicate with ghosts and we thought it will be funny if we throw rubber pieces to her room door.  At one point she ran out of her room, came into ours and started screaming at my bed, not at me, because we were standing on the table behind our door. That was funny in real life :)

We're not in the same school anymore, cause i already graduated and she still has few month left in there.
Looking back at the time when we were younger, everything seems a little bit different. I mean i never pictured that im gonna be a teacher, i always thought im gonna go and try to get in drama school. We're both grown up now. Even she isn't that same little girl i used to have weird photo shoots. But she's still my best friend. And it doesn't matter how much she changes, she's always gonna be that little girl wearing funny glasses to me. x
