Guys! Guess what i did today?  I went to the blood center for the first time. I've been wanting to go there since last summer, but then i couldn't because i got myself a tattoo, and then doctors discovered that i have anemia, so my blood wasn't good enough to donate.
 I did it. It's really nice there. At first the doctor who examined me, said that i can't donate blood because my veins aren't visible, so she dragged me to see another doctor and she said that I'm all good, so that went well.
also while you are waiting for your turn to give blood, you can drink juice and hot drinks as much as you want , and they even had huge bowls of cookies on the table - they want you to drink and eat a lot before you give blood, because you give away so much liquid it might be hard for your organism to deal with it.

And after you have finished you can choose a present for yourself.

 I chose a big milk chocolate bar, because you know how i love my chocolate :)

Just think about it. Your blood could save someones life ! So if you have a blood center in your city, go there. the procedure itself only takes 10 minutes.
