Motivational Monday.

Hey, how is everybody? You good ? How‘s the summer been so far? :)
I thought i should make this a part of my blog, writing motivational Mondays. We‘ll see how that goes.
Since i‘ve had some troubles at home, and that makes me sad, annoyed, angry, I'm gonna write something that could help you get back that long lost happiness.

First of all, if you are having some hard days yourself, isolate yourself from the people\things that brought you down first.


Take your ipod, plug is your earphones and go for a walk, alone. I think it‘s important to take some time to yourself

Call your friends and ask if you could go over to their place. If you can you should stay for a night or two. The change in the environment is good, it can make you forget all the bad things that have happened at least for a moment. But sometimes a moment is all you need.

Find a way to express yourself, write or draw something, even scribble wildly.

What's that in your eye? Do i see a tear? Let it out. It's OK to cry. Sometimes a little cry is all you need.



The most important thing is, wait for it, a drum roll please........eat a chocolate. Who doesn't like a chocolate? Wait what? You're on a diet? Who cares, it's chocolate! If you have read or seen Harry Potter, than you know that chocolate brings happiness back to you. It's scientifically proved, well not really but it tastes good :)

Now let's rewind. If your feeling down you need music, a place for yourself, a tissue, in case you decide to release some tears, and a CHOCOLATE !  :)
